Meet Hal J. Levine, DMD, MD
Dr. Levine was born in Long Island, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida in 1985. He then finished dental school in 1989, as well as a general practice dental residency in 1990 from the University of Florida College Of Dentistry. He practiced general dentistry for 2 years until he returned to the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, where he received his Medical Degree in 1996. He then completed a general surgery internship and received his specialty certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1998 from the University of Kentucky, Chandler Medical Center.
He is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as a Fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has lived in Orlando since 1998 with his wife Lori and son Ian.
