Background Information

As an integral part of your dental team, oral and maxillofacial surgeons are required to attend up to six years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school.  This additional training enables, Drs. Levine and Ydrach to manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.  Drs. Levine and Ydrach have studied the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to piezosurgery.  This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort, along with diagnosing and treating facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at the Oral & Facial Surgery Center are committed to being highly trained and experienced in outpatient surgical care.  They are trained in assisting with intravenous (IV) sedation surgeries in our state-of-the-art office setting where our patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.  Our surgical assistants maintain and continue to elevate the standards for providing all levels of care in an environment that is comfortable for our patients.   We also have trained paramedics on staff to assist the surgeons.

The administrative staff at the Oral & Facial Surgery Center are well trained professionals that will provide you with the finest individual care.  The staff is well versed and willing to explain your insurance and financial options at your consultation before you undertake any surgical care.  Their expertise includes ensuring that you are comfortable with your recommended care and how you want to proceed with your treatment.  Our staff is dedicated to working together with you, your referring doctor and your insurance company as a member of your dental team.
